Aural6.Com was the “Internet Radio Station for the Promotion of Independent Artists and
Bands”. We discovered that Internet radio was great for those who like to listen to their
favorite artists or genres, but, not the best way to discover new music. Internet Radio can
be quite unsatisfying while surfing an Internet full of multi-media sites, most of which
use sound. Trying to listen to Internet Radio and watch a video just doesn’t work very
well. We have kept the station in place for those who enJOY discovering music that way, but, believe some people searching for new Artists and Bands wanted it a different way. We transitioned to the Aural6.Com Independent Music Directory. A place where those looking for Independent music could do so by simply listening to tracks submitted by artists or bands, clicking on a link to the visit their web site, buy their music or connect with them on Twitter.
